Giuseppe Cucurachi twenty years of experience in Italian labour law, social security matters, agency agreements and industrial relations law. He works mainly in the field of employment law providing counsel to multinational groups, in the areas of contracts, remuneration systems, business transfers, reorganisations and restructuring, investigations and audits. He provides assistance in contentious cases before Italian employment tribunals and the higher courts.
