Kateřina is a Principal Associate at Aegis Law and is repeatedly recommended by the international legal rankings Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
With over ten years of experience in labour law, she advises both employers and employees on a broad range of employment related matters. Kateřina is also an experienced academic and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In addition, she has authored numerous professional legal publications, including contributions to the Czech best selling commentary on the Labour Code. She also serves as a lay judge in labour law disputes.
Kateřina is a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), and the Czech Society for Labour Law and Social Security Law.
