Wolfgang Kinner is founding partner of Kinner Korenjak LAW and has been working in the field of employment law since 2005. He represents Austrian and international companies as well as organizations in all questions with Austrian and European labour law. He also attends Labour Courts frequently to defend these Companies interests. Clients particularly value his in-depth and practical understanding of HR Management, which he gained from working in a corporate HR department before starting his legal career as a lawyer.
Wolfgang has extensive experience advising clients in connection with business restructuring and reorganizations, individual and collective dismissals, negotiations with works councils and sensitive investigations. Areas of expertise are e.g. food industry, banking and financial institutions, energy, logistics, medical engineering and pharmaceutical industry, retail, electrical and electronic industry, metal industry, embassies and diplomatic representations.
Beyond that, Wolfgang advices executives and Board Members. Wolfgang shares his knowledge in lectures and in-house seminars.
He is primarily responsible of the international network of the firm participating in associations such as EELA (European Employment Lawyers) or IBA (International Bar Association).
