WEBINAR : Flexibility is key – Trends in Modern Labour Law
Together with the German-Belgian-Luxemburgish Chamber of Commerce (AHK debelux – Deutsch-Belgisch-Luxemburgische Handelskammer), organizes its first webinar.
Increasingly, companies are faced with employees’ desire for a more flexible work organization. This is often a necessity in order to recruit and retain these workers. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the various areas in which this flexibility can be achieved, namely working hours, workplace and remuneration.
The speakers are Michael Dietzler (Küttner Rechtsanwälte-Köln), Marcel de Vries and Michelle Maaijen (Pallas Advocaten-Amsterdam) and Emmanuel Wauters(MVVP Advocaten/avocats-Brussels). They will each give an overview of how this flexibility can be achieved in their respective countries, namely Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
